1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when you post a listing (your name or company name, trade, state, license details, and contact email), when you submit a contact form on someone else's listing (your email address and message), and payment information processed through our payment provider, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.

2. What's Public vs. Private

Listing details you choose to include — trade, state, license information, experience, and any bio text — are displayed publicly and are searchable. Your phone number and email address are never displayed publicly. Contact happens through a form; your first message is relayed to the listing owner by email, and the conversation continues directly between you from there, outside this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to publish and manage your listing, relay inquiries submitted through a listing's contact form, process subscription payments, send listing and billing-related emails, and respond to support requests.

4. Service Providers

We share information with the third-party services that operate this site: Stripe (payment processing and billing) and Azure Communication Services (transactional email, such as contact relays and management links). We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We don't use cookies or third-party advertising trackers. To understand how listings are viewed and contacted, we generate a random identifier stored in your browser's local storage — it isn't tied to your name or any other personal information, doesn't follow you to other websites, and is only ever used in aggregate, such as counting views on a listing. We don't sell or share this data, and it isn't used for advertising.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we've collected data from anyone under 18, we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Management links are single-use secure tokens; we never store your management link in plain text.

8. Data Retention

We retain listing data indefinitely and will delete it on request — email support@findqualifier.com to ask. We also retain a count of the inquiries a listing has received — so you can see how many times it generated interest — but not the content of those inquiries; each message is relayed to you by email and never stored. Payment and subscription records are retained as long as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, regardless of a deletion request.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@findqualifier.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
