1. Nature of the Service

findQualifier.com is an advertising platform for licensed qualifying agents and the companies that need to hire one. We publish advertisements and let interested parties contact each other directly. We are not a recruiter, placement service, matchmaking service, licensing consultant, compliance advisor, background-check service, contract intermediary, or payment intermediary between qualifiers and employers. We are not a party to any relationship formed between users of this site.

2. Prohibited Listings

findQualifier.com exists to advertise real employment — qualifiers seeking work as a qualifying agent, and companies seeking to hire one. Advertisements offering to sell, rent, or lease the use of a license — without real, meaningful employment behind it — are prohibited. Renting or leasing use of a license is illegal in most jurisdictions. We may remove any listing that violates this rule, without notice or refund.

3. No Verification

We do not verify license status, employment terms, identity, or any other detail on a listing. Any license number shown on a listing can be independently verified through the relevant state's public licensing lookup. You are responsible for verifying the credentials of anyone you engage with through this site, the same as you would for any other hire.

4. Your Responsibility; Not Legal Advice

findQualifier.com does not advise on whether a particular qualifying-agent arrangement is legally permissible in your jurisdiction. Licensing and employment requirements vary by state. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you, and for entering into a lawful relationship with anyone you connect with through this site. We recommend consulting a lawyer if you're unsure.

5. Listing Management

This site does not use traditional accounts or passwords. Listings are managed through a secure link emailed to the address associated with your listing. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Listings are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time through your billing portal; your listing is removed as soon as your subscription is cancelled. Payments are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of a billing period.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to post false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, or use the site in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other user's access to it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and software — other than content submitted by users as part of their listing, is the property of findQualifier.com LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

Contact made through a listing's form leads to communication that happens entirely outside this site. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or practices of any other user, business, or third-party site you interact with as a result.

10. Disclaimers

This website and its listings are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any introduction made through this site, or the qualifications, conduct, or reliability of any user.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including any loss arising from a relationship, agreement, or dispute between users formed as a result of a listing on this site.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any listing or restrict access to this site for any reason, including a violation of these terms, without notice, liability, or refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

16. Copyright Notice

The findQualifier.com name, logo, and associated brand assets are the property of findQualifier.com LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

17. IP Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email support@findqualifier.com with: identification of the work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and a signature. We may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
